We reserve the right to cancel park reservations as we see fit. You must provide electricity or a generator for all inflatable and/or concession rentals. 10-5 OR 11-6 is the only time allowed for Park Rentals. We do NOT provide free delivery in parks for several reasons.
1.) Insurance Regulations – Higher risk as its open to the public*
2.) We can’t set up early or pick up late
3.) Power is usually an issue
4.) If the customer is running late, it puts us behind on our schedule

WE CHARGE $45 TO SET UP IN A PARK! IF YOU DO NOT ALERT US THAT YOU ARE SETTING UP IN A PARK WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $60 SET UP FEE.
PLEASE KNOW THAT WE WILL NOT DELIVER TO ALL PARKS – PLEASE ASK BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE.
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS TO RESCHEDULE AS WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ELECTRICITY & WATER IF NEEDED.
